Fluoropolymer Coatings

We have a range of quality Teflon and Non-stick Fluoropolymer coatings  available. These coatings are from suppliers such as DuPont, Whitford and Cerakote. This range of coatings include PTFE, PFA, FEP and ETFE. These coatings offer excellent Non-stick qualities for good release. They also have excellent Thermal Stability and good Abrasion Resistance. Many of these coatings are FDA approved for Direct Food Contact.

We specialise in coating a large range of items, including Tray Sealer Heat Sealing Plates, Heat Sealing Blades, Cutting Blades and Knives, Fill Tubes, Augers, Plastic Forming Equipment, Vacuum Forming Tooling and Fusion/Butt Welding Plates just to name a few.

Our Low Low Friction thin film PTFE coatings are One Coat, solvent-based coatings. These are specially formulated to provide a tough, durable film for dry lubrication. They also offer excellent salt spray resistance and have a high continuous in-use operating temperature of up to 260°c.

One Coat PTFE Systems, which are a versatile thin film coatings, have a high continuous in-use operating temperature of up to 260°c, and up to 290°c for intermittent use. Many of these coatings are FDA approved, making them an excellent choice for applications involving direct food contact. These coatings also have Excellent Non-stick qualities for good release. They also exhibit excellent Thermal Stability, Good Abrasion Resistance and Durability for extended service life.
